POLYMERIC SAND RE-APPLICATION
Patio and walkway joints are cleared during the cleaning process and new polymeric sand is replaced within the joints before it's carefully misted with water, activating the silica jell that hardens the sand in place.
EFFERVESCENCE AND STAIN REMOVAL
Effervescence, oil stains and other common blemishes are removed through a variety of methods.
EDGING STRIP INSTALLATION
Old edging is removed and replaced with new, commercial-grade hardscape edging to help hold your outdoor investment together for the years to come.
PAVER SEALING
Sealer is sprayed and spread evenly onto your patio or walkway and, depending on the finish you choose, will give your hardscape the exact look that you're after. Fresh polysand must sit for 30 days before sealer is applied.
WALL AND STRUCTURE LEVELING
Seating walls, fire pits and other block-based structures are disassembled, often the base is adjusted, and the structure is re-laid properly level.
WALL AND CONCRETE CLEANING
Color-safe detergents are applied to walls and concrete pads before a low-pressure wash, removing dirt, mold and other organic debris.
